Reservation
Policy: A deposit of one half the rental price is required
at the time the reservation is made. We accept checks, Visa and Mastercard.
The balance of payment is due 60 days before arrival. A damage deposit
of $500 is required with the balance of payment.
Cancellation
Policy: Full refunds will be made less 10% if cancellations are
received at least 60 days before arrival. Cancellations 60 days or less
from arrival will result in the forfeiture of the total amount collected
unless we are able to rebook the reservation dates. In this case a cancellation
fee of 10% of the amount collected will be withheld. There are no refunds
for leaving early or arriving late.
